Room for Improvement

Im a Level 1 Nursing Student. I was researching the diagnosis. Only one I found was CHF; the other 6 I need are not listed. I was very surprised to see such a small list overall. Im a little upset I paid $10 for this. Hopefully, updates will remedy this and I can give this 5 stars. Until then Im being generous with 2. Lots of potential but needs lots of improvement. Some more NANDA diagnosis would ROCK this app. Just a thought.
