Used this app through clinicals when determining a nursing diagnosis. Very helpful without another book to lug around.

Very generic not worth the $10.

This is a nice guide for a nursing student. Quick and down to the point. However, the app itself needs improvements!! It doesnt rotate with your device. Also, you cant even read the full title of the different problems you are trying to look for, which makes it difficult to know if your reading the exact info you need/want to be reading! Without improving this app it is not worth $9.99...more like $3-4!

This product was so helpful in helping me to better prepare for the nclex. I used it during the last week of studying just to brush up on body systems. I also highly recommend Pharm Tabs as well. Overall a very good product that i would highly recommend!

Really too basic to be of much practical use. Needs to be much more detailed. Remember its quality not quantity!

All the need to know information at your disposal! Helped me get through MedSurg class. I have the Fundamentals & Pharmacology Tabs too! Which I also recommend to all nursing students like myself.

This app is really useful for students. Its nice to have a student nursing app that is focused on something other than NCLEX review. You can use it as a great reference tool while at clinicals.

I love this app. I am a grad student and nurse faculty and this app is very informative. I would recommend this to my students. I would like to see more nursing interventions (approx 10) with rationales.

Im so glad someone came out with an app like this! I use this app daily! It helps me soo much, because as nurses we need to know EVERYTHING, but no one can remember it all. Were human not computers. So why not make your life easier by having this app on your phone, especially since there are no subscription fees like the other apps!

I am an LPN a charge nurse and I love this app. So easy to use. Every diagnosis u can think of is on the app and it gives tells u what to assess for and the goals and interventions and symptoms. Its great !!! I love it !!!

I am an RN currently working on a med surg unit. I paid $10 for this app but sadly I am disappointed. I think it would have been GREAT when I was a student doing clinicals but now it is too basic and vague for my needs. I think there should be a free sample offered so people know what they are getting before they purchase.

This app would be great for a nursing student. As a nurse on the floor I feel this app is very generic. Not worth $5 definitely not worth $10.
