I found this app to be useful but it would be much better w/ more diseases and rationales. Ill still give it 5 stars.

I like this app. It is very helpful, but I would like to see an option that most medical apps have... An option to sumit a disease or diagnoses that this app doesnt have. Also, I think adding the common abnormal lab values in certain diagnoses would be helpful. Other than that, great app 

This has helped me w/ several of my careplans, however, it didnt have as many categories as I had hoped for!

I was excited after reading the other reviews but I can find this info just as quick in my nanda book. Waste of this girls hard earned money:( I was crushed, my first app that I paid for.

I am a first year nursing student and just bought this application as well as the medicine one by the same company. These tabs were both highly recommended by people on your website. I perused the apps quickly and decided to go with the others on your site who overwhelmingly recommended them. Today, I discovered in class that neither of these tabs had any of the information that I was looking for in three of my classes. The drug references are too few and the diseases are extremely brief. I could have gotten more information if I picked up a text book than the info in these two appls. Additionally, the information on both disease and medicines need to have spell check and grammar run. Most importantly, some of the pages that I read today were not correct with the medical information. May I get a refund for both of these apps?

Its good but more dx are needed greatly!!!! More common health problems need to be added. Probably worth $5 not $10. Not even a dx for pain, one of the most common dxs!

Ive wasted so much money on useless things. This app was MORE than worth the tiny investment! I cant exactly carry my nanda book around everywhere so its nice to have this at a glance on my phone. Doesnt solve the worlds problems but it is a very useful, inexpensive tool!! Cant wait for the update either!

this app references all the books that I am required to use in school, and can be quite helpful...when the condition you are looking for is actually listed by this app. however, this app is quite sparse and is many common diseases. the information provided could be elaborated on. unfortunately, until more is added, i dont think it is worth $10. I hope the update fixes this.

Great app, easy to use with quick reference, I have found it quite helpful with my schoolwork. Highly recommended!

Im a Level 1 Nursing Student. I was researching the diagnosis. Only one I found was CHF; the other 6 I need are not listed. I was very surprised to see such a small list overall. Im a little upset I paid $10 for this. Hopefully, updates will remedy this and I can give this 5 stars. Until then Im being generous with 2. Lots of potential but needs lots of improvement. Some more NANDA diagnosis would ROCK this app. Just a thought.

Great for new patient assignments last minute and when your brain is fried! Love it! Makes my life so much easier

Please add another category for mental illnesses ( i.e. depression and schizophrenia). Thanks.

This is a very nice app. Not sure its worth the price though. The graphics look terrible on my iPad 2 so please fix that. Also, please fix the facts that there is no rotation when wanting to read the information when rotating the iPad. Thanks!

I am a clinical instructor and was looking for an app that address the most common diseases that come across in the clinical settings. So, I was excited when I came across this app. After purchasing the app, I was disappointed due to the minimal information included on the diseases. The app does address the most common diseases; however, the developer needs to include the pathophysiology of the disease.

As a new grad, i find this app really helpful in reminding me what assessments and intervions i should be considering. I know that some would like a full textbook for $10, but this is more of a quick guide. I too would like to see a little bit more patho, drug treatments, and psych.

This app is amazing in helping with nursing diagnosis and it has great simple information about diseases, signs and symptoms, treatments and nursing care. Great app!
